1. Service Description

VoxRouter provides a unified API for voice AI that routes developers to the best voice AI provider based on latency, cost, and quality. Our service acts as a routing layer between your application and voice AI providers in our network, managing connections, sessions, and provider selection.

2. Account and API Keys

To use VoxRouter, you must create an account and obtain API keys. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
  • Ensuring your contact information remains accurate

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use VoxRouter to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe upon intellectual property rights
  • Generate harmful, abusive, or deceptive content
  • Impersonate individuals without consent
  • Create deepfakes or synthetic media for fraud
  • Harass, threaten, or harm others
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer our systems
  • Circumvent usage limits or security measures
  • Resell access without authorization

4. Pricing and Billing

VoxRouter is free to use. There are no fees, no markups, and no hidden costs for using our routing API:

  • No routing fees: VoxRouter does not charge for API access or routing
  • No markups: You pay the same price as going direct to the voice AI providers in our network
  • Provider costs: Usage fees from voice AI providers are billed according to each provider's own pricing

We reserve the right to introduce pricing tiers or premium features in the future with 30 days' notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.

5. Intellectual Property

Our IP: VoxRouter, its API, documentation, and infrastructure are owned by Focus Labs. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use our service.

Your Content: You retain ownership of audio content you submit. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to route and process your content solely for providing the service.

Output: You own the rights to AI-generated audio output, subject to these Terms, the terms of the underlying voice AI provider, and applicable laws.

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability. Enterprise customers may have specific SLA guarantees as outlined in their agreements.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FOCUS LABS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amounts paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Focus Labs from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you violate these Terms. Upon termination:

  • Your API keys will be deactivated
  • Outstanding balances become due
  • Provisions that should survive will remain in effect

10. Modifications

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or service notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Paris, France. For EU consumers, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence apply.
