EU residency pin per request

Pass region: "eu" on any call to keep audio, transcripts, and the upstream provider call inside the EU. Pin to a specific data center (eu-fra / eu-par / eu-ams) when your jurisdiction needs it. No cross-border egress, no surprise sub-processor in us-east-1.

You pay the provider's listed rate plus a flat 5% routing fee — that covers the multi-provider routing, automatic failover, EU residency enforcement, and one consolidated invoice across the network.
